10 Reasons Dehydration can make you sick, tired, or fat

When you are feeling thirsty – you are already dehydrated. So then what exactly is dehydration?

You are in a state of dehydration when the amount of water leaving your body (from things like urinating and sweating) is more than the amount you are taking in. You should aim to drink ½ your body weight in ounces each day, more if you’re active.
