Skinny does not equal healthy

I'm sure you've heard the term "skinny fat" before. Some people have a magical skill of remaining skinny even though they...

1) eat terribly or...

2) eat chemical-laden processed foods like Splenda and sugar-free...everything...or...

3) have terrible digestion

Your #1 goal is to improve your digestion. When I take on new clients - I make it clear that I cannot guarantee how much weight you will or will not lose, but by improving your digestion - we will improve EVERYTHING including weight. Often weight loss is just one of the bonuses, coming second to that feeling of "wow, I don't feel sh*&ty every time I eat something".

I've been in that place where I thought I should be eating low-fat, sugar-free, carb-free, calorie-restricted diets. Splenda and Diet Coke were my BFFs. I was skinny, but I felt terrible & bloated all. the. time. I still know people who are stick-thin, and they eat steak or salads full of croutons and cheese and ranch dressing....for lunch. They also have IBS and awful digestion problems for the rest of the day.

Make your goal improved digestion -- not losing weight, and you'll be 1000x happier, healthier and won't feel restricted. Promise.
