Essential Oil Blends for Allergy Season

Spring and Summer are awesome, but I know that many of us get allergies with all of the new things going on in our yards! Give me all the extra sunshine, the blooming flowers, the perfect temperatures, and some spring cleaning...but keep the allergies away! The sneezing, nose-blowing, and painful sore nose make this time of year a little less appealing, but with a mix of strong allergy relief and some essential oil blends, I have a plan for you to make it through this allergy season!

Did you know? Allergy Relief blends typically contain lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, chamomile, and other essential oils! All of them smell amazing on their own and can be quite effective, but when mixed, they make the perfect blend to calm your upset nose! Not every blend works for every person, so try mixing them up to find your best blend.

If you’re an allergy person like my husband, check out this list of my all-time favorite blends for this upcoming allergy season! Remember to adjust the number of drops to fit your diffuser to achieve the best results. And of course, I’m not a doctor and this is by no means a cure-all :-P

I would personally use these in a diffuser near where I am working, or as a rolled on “perfume” that I can smell throughout the day.
