Winter Stovetop Simmer Pot Recipes
I’m a fan of all things that make my house smell good: essential oils, candles, room spray, incense, good food...
Alright, so then I heard about these simmer pots on the stovetop! It only takes a few minutes to get all of the ingredients together and lasts all day long, so “they” say. Plus, if you have a few fruits in the back of your fridge that have been forgotten about a little too long (I know there’s some back there somewhere lol), you can put them to good use! Anyway, I tried this and it works! If you are home all day, this is something you’ve got to try. It makes the “everyday” a little more fun.
This is ALSO a great gift idea for any season. You can adjust your fillings to the season you are in. You will fill a mason jar with all of the dry ingredients that are needed for a simmer pot and seal it up. Include a tag that specifies the other ingredients needed to finish off the pot so they can easily make their our simmer pot at home!
Fill your home with the all-natural scents of the season using my favorite stovetop simmer pot recipes below!
Each recipe can be tailored to your needs. If you have a large home and want to create a larger pot, toss in a little extra of each ingredient until you get the strength you’re looking for. Just remember to add enough liquid so your ingredients are sa-wimming.
