Blackberry Pistachio Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup fresh blackberries
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 2 ice cubes
- toppings: Made in Nature Figgy Pops (I used Cranberry Pistachio), Blackberries, Banana, Pistachios
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients (except for toppings) to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth (mixture should be extremely thick). If your blender is having trouble, stop and stir with spoon. Repeat until evenly blended.
- Pour into bowl and have fun with your toppings!
*Tips: Use a chilled bowl to keep the smoothie frozen longer. Have your toppings sliced and diced and ready to go before blending!
