My journey to health ironically began in the exact opposite direction—running away from it. I was an unhealthy, bloated version of myself that was having a difficult time sifting through the static of Instagram cleanses and Gwyneth-endorsed health products.
My craving for information resulted in heading down the path of learning. Over the years, I’ve pursued training in nutrition, hormones, and energy work so I can provide a “big picture” perspective to my health coaching clients on what being “truly healthy” looks like for them.
Since then, I’ve gone on to coach women into sustainable health habits that are exactly right for their season of life. I’ve also had the pleasure of helping mamas on a larger scale through co-founding the national conference, Good Fest, and as a featured coach on the popular confidence app, Marigold.
Now, my mission is to help you get to the heart of what lights you up and what drains your battery. Together we will find repeatable, joy-bringing practices to fill your days with a lifelong kind of healthy.
