You love to live by a plan, by once everyone has what they need, your work is done – you’ve had a few tortilla chips and some coffee and start thinking about dinner. This is my signature Health Coaching Program to help you feel renewed during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.
This truly is The Foundation – why? Because after working with hundreds of people, I know (and you know!) that a $20 recipe book with exercise routines is the kind of quick fix that does not last very long. By working with me on the foundation, we will work together to determine what areas of your life need to be addressed (and how) to make healthy eating and movement fit in more naturally. I come from a background in strategy, and that’s exactly what we are doing here!
what to expect
This is for Type A, self-starters who are curious and application-willing. We will talk about a strategy for immediate results in each of our calls, but you have to be willing to put in the work.

We’re going to take action right away, but will work within the following framework:
Process – We will reprocess or un-process what you’ve done and tried in the past, even as recent as what has happened since our last call.
Plan – Let’s talk about the what and how
Play – Implementation, testing and feedback on what’s working and what’s not.
At any given moment, you could be in all 3 of these, and we will be incorporating this framework on all of our calls so that you can walk away from our time together with a solid understanding of what you will be working on.
