Whether you are a first-time parent or you are super familiar with that delivery room – we can all use a refresher on what actually happens during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. In this virtual class – we will review the anatomy and physiology, but we will also explore the psyche, the systems, and your support options for the birth experience you want to have.
