No, seriously, we are. Because, I’m not here to tell you that I was born with an athletic stature or that I’m training to be a bikini model. I’m a woman who suffered from painful stomach issues and wanted to uncover BETTER health.
Believe me: I did the damn thing. I have tried all the diets. I became a low-fat-foods, calorie-obsessed Jess and found myself down the desperate Google-searching rabbit hole a few times. Until, I got curious. Like, really curious.
So, in 2013, I became a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. That’s where the journey really began.
I trained in energy work, hormone work, and nutrition while I gave birth to THREE beautiful babies. I changed my focus from women seeking wellness in general to all things mom-life (from fertility to pregnancy to postpartum—and everything in between).
Since then, I’ve had the honor of coaching so many strong mamas into what healthy means for them. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead women in health through co-founding the national conference, Good Fest, and being featured as an expert motherhood coach on the popular confidence app, Marigold.
