In 2013, I became a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. That’s where the journey really began.
Before that – I tried all the diets, did all the things. I became a low-fat-foods, calorie-obsessed Jess and found myself down the desperate Google-searching rabbit hole a few times. Until, I got curious. Like, really curious.
Since 2013, I’ve trained in Reiki/energy work, hormones, and nutrition while giving birth to three beautiful babies (with another on the way!). I changed my focus from women seeking wellness in general to all things mom-life (from fertility to pregnancy to postpartum—and everything in between). I then went on to study even deeper in birthwork – completing my Labor & Birth Doula Certification, Postpartum Doula Certification, Fetal Positions Masterclass, and Childbirth Educator Training through Cornerstone.
I’ve had the honor of coaching and supporting so many strong mothers into what healthy, nourished, heard and supported means for them. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead friends in health through co-founding the national conference, Good Fest, many local and national events, and being featured as an expert motherhood coach on the popular confidence app, Marigold.
